Registration Information

Registration includes full board accommodation (room, breakfast, lunch, diner), coffee breaks, welcome cocktail and gala dinner.

The procedure is as follows:

A. REGISTRATION

1. Create an account. Click on the "Connexion" button at the top right of the conference website page. If you are not already registered, click on "Créer un compte" and follow the procedure.

2. When your account is created, in "Espace Connecté" you will have the possibility to register in "Inscription" by filling the form.
   

B. ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

The abstracts are only short summaries of the presented posters and will only be used to organize the sessions.

C. PAYMENT

Payment will be made directly at Villa Clythia after registration. You will receive the payment instructions by email.

Registration fees:

Students : 152.70 Euros (TTC)

Regular :  350.56 (TTC)

Invited speakers and CNRS staff (including students and post-docs) : free
